FAQ

Questions, answered plainly.

What does Axis actually monitor?
Public, non-paywalled signals: company homepages, pricing pages, product pages, blogs and changelogs, careers pages, and publicly visible press. We do not access logged-in, paywalled, or restricted sources, and we honor robots and terms of service.
How is this different from Google Alerts or a feed reader?
Axis writes you the briefing. Alerts give you noise; Axis gives you a short, ranked, opinionated read on what changed, why it matters, and what to do — and you can reply to ask follow-ups.
Do I need to live in a dashboard?
No. The product surface is your inbox. There is a lightweight portal for billing, preferences, and the report archive — most customers visit it once a month.
How does reply-by-email work?
Reply to any briefing. Axis answers using the report context, recent changes, and your thread history. There are strict per-plan monthly reply quotas, per-minute rate limits, and explicit confidence-based fallbacks (Axis says “I'm not sure” rather than guessing).
Can Axis change my account or billing by email?
No. Axis is scope-locked to intelligence interpretation. Account, billing, and sensitive operations are intentionally out of reach for the email workflow.
Which industries do you cover?
All of them. Aurevity Research is vertical-agnostic by design — the patterns Axis watches for translate across software, services, hardware, consumer, and B2B.
Who's behind this?
Aurevity LLC, doing business as Aurevity Research. Based in the U.S.
