These terms govern your use of services provided by Aurevity LLC d/b/a Aurevity Research. By using the service you agree to them.
The service
Aurevity Research delivers competitive intelligence briefings by email and operates a reply-by-email workflow with our AI analyst, Axis. The service relies only on public, non-paywalled sources.
Acceptable use
Don't abuse the email workflow, attempt to extract proprietary models or prompts, or use the service to harm or harass any person or business. We rate-limit and may suspend accounts for abuse.
Billing
Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled. During early access, billing runs in test mode and no card is charged. We'll notify you in writing before live billing begins.
Intellectual property
You own your data and the content of your briefings. Aurevity owns the platform, prompts, models, and methodology.
No warranty
Briefings are analytical opinions based on public signals. They are not financial, legal, or professional advice. Use your judgment before acting.
