These terms govern your use of services provided by Aurevity LLC d/b/a Aurevity Research. By using the service you agree to them.
The service
Aurevity Research delivers competitive intelligence briefings by email and operates a reply-by-email workflow with our AI analyst, Axis. The service relies only on public, non-paywalled sources.
Acceptable use
Don't abuse the email workflow, attempt to extract proprietary models or prompts, or use the service to harm or harass any person or business. We rate-limit and may suspend accounts for abuse.
Billing & Merchant of Record
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Subscription terms, billing frequency, taxes, and payment mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms.
Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your portal or by replying to any briefing.
Suspension & termination
We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated violations of our acceptable-use policy. On termination you may export your account data within 30 days; after that we delete it.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is capped at the fees you paid in the prior 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages (loss of profits, data, or goodwill). Carve-outs for fraud, death, or personal injury apply where required by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. Disputes are resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
Intellectual property
You own your data and the content of your briefings. Aurevity owns the platform, prompts, models, and methodology.
No warranty
Briefings are analytical opinions based on public signals. They are not financial, legal, or professional advice. Use your judgment before acting.
