Refund policy

This policy explains when and how Aurevity LLC d/b/a Aurevity Research issues refunds for subscriptions to our email-delivered competitive intelligence service.
Early access & test billing
During early access, billing runs in test mode and no card is charged. If a charge appears in error during this period, contact us and we'll reverse it immediately.
14-day satisfaction window
If you're not satisfied with your first paid month on any plan, email us within 14 days of the initial charge and we'll issue a full refund — no forms, no friction. This applies once per customer.
Monthly subscriptions after the first month
Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable after the 14-day window. You can cancel at any time from your portal or by replying to any briefing; cancellation stops the next renewal and you keep access through the end of the current billing period.
Annual subscriptions
Annual plans are refundable on a pro-rated basis for the unused full months remaining, minus a 10% administrative fee, provided the request is made within the first 60 days of the term.
Service issues
If a delivery failure, prolonged outage, or material quality issue affects your briefings, we'll credit or refund the affected period at our discretion. Reach out and we'll make it right.
Non-refundable items
One-time on-demand reports, custom research engagements, and add-on credits already consumed are non-refundable once delivered.
How to request a refund
Reply to any briefing or email axis@aurevity.ai from the address on your account with your workspace name and the charge date. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
